All international orders are shipped via express courier with tracking.

Returns Policy

We accept returns within 5 days of delivery.

Items must be returned unworn, in their original condition and packaging, including all dust bags and protective materials. Returns that show signs of wear, damage or alteration may not be accepted.

To request a return, please contact us at shop@carolinereznik.com with your order number.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Once your return has been received and inspected, refunds will be processed back to the original payment method.

Please allow several business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
